Food Smart Reviewer's Comments
Food Smart lacks a standard features like other products in this ranking area. We missed a body measurement section, weight calculation tools, import/export ability and, most importantly, an exercise database. These features are important to give full support to any successful diet and nutrition plan.
Food Smart has many standard features but a limited food item database. However, you can add new foods easily and view them in several formats. The recipe management section lets you create new recipes, edit or delete existing ones, and calculate the nutritional value of each recipe while building a menu to meet your specific nutritional needs. The database includes a fast-food section too—handy if you have a weakness for fast food.
No exercise database makes leaves a significant gap between activity and net calories for the day. Food Smart also lacks body measurement, weight calculation capabilities., body composition screen or export/import ability.
