DietOrganizer has all of the standard features you need in a nutrition program. You’ll see four views:
Calendar: a quick look at all of your activity for each day of the month. Record your activities in the Food and Exercise logs and your information will be posted to the calendar. Color-coding net calories alerts you to your eating patterns that may impact your progress.
Foods: Record your food intake by meal, use the search panel to select a food from your favorites, a previous meal or menu or from the database. You’ll be impressed with the intuitive search function, searching has never been so efficient.
Exercise: This view is designed like the Food View. Choose exercises or routines from the left search panel and click to add to that day’s exercise log. You’ll have a comprehensive exercise list to choose from and you can add your own.
Measurement: This is a simple spreadsheet format to track weight, metabolic rate, body measurements, body fat and blood pressure.
All views have a Quick Summary at the bottom of the page. See how many calories you have left for the day, exercise history, nutrient breakdown and measurement history, depending on the view.
Use the Chart and Report icons to access these functions. DietOrganizer comes with three reports that can be customized. For example, choose the Daily Report and then specify what to include: Food Log, Calorie Breakdown, Nutrients, Exercise Log, Measurements and Journal. You can customize a date range for your report. Charts are equally easy to generate and customize.
