'User-friendly' entry of foods

• Either selecting foods from lists of foods in categories (Bakery Products, Fish, etc.)
• Or using a fast search function which will search the entire database for 1 or 2 keywords.
• 'Common standard measures' displayed when entering a food item.

• Clicking on a food item will instantly display the composition data.
• Once a food item is added to the diet, the composition of that amount of food is displayed.
• Clicking on a meal or day 'marker' will instantly display the composition of that meal or day.

• All Foods... composition details of all foods in the diet.
• Meal Summary... total nutrients from each meal in diet.
• Meal Averages... average nutrient intake from meals, e.g. average breakfast.
• Day Summary... total nutrients from each day in diet.
• Daily Average... average nutrient intake per day.
• FoodGroup breakdown as amounts & as percentage contribution.

• All results can be exported to a file suitable for importing into a spreadsheet or database.
• All results can be printed.

• The food composition data can be edited.
• Additional foods can be added (these are kept separate from the main database to avoid problems when updating the composition data)
• Foods can be assigned to different foodgroups for FoodGroup breakdown.
